The Centre Le Page is situated in the beautiful Cotes d'Armor in the village of Le Quiou (pronounced "Le Q"), just south of the stunning medieval town of Dinan. It is ideally placed for the fantastic beaches of the Emerald coast, the breath taking sight of Mont St Michel, the superb walled town of St Malo, the Betineuc water leisure base, picturesque local canals, the magnificent chateaux of Hac and Combourg and various zoological and leisure parks.
We offer comfortable facilities for all our guests whatever the age with rooms accommodating from one to eight and allowing for the separation between boys and girls.
The 'Old Forge' dining room with its log fire is both cozy yet big enough for large parties to eat together. Weather permitting it is traditional to hold a last night barbecue outside in the orchard garden at the rear of the centre.
The sunny tv lounge over looks the village square and provides a place to relax and a convenient bolt hole for school party organisers during their off duty periods. The large indoor recreation hall is invaluable for children and offers table tennis, billiards, badminton/volley ball and bar football as well as a general assembly area. The centre offers easy access for wheel chairs and complies with the stringent safety and hygiene standards demanded by the Cotes d'Armor Security Commission.
A bar is often the centre of French communal life, and the bar in Le Quiou is no exception. With Romain at Bar Rhum 1 Jeux (across the square) offering French hospitality and provides an excellent opportunity for children to practice their french while ordering a soft drink and enjoying a game of the local speciality, Breton boules. 'Chez Jona' is the village creperie also found across the square and crepe making demonstrations can be arranged for schools in advance. The pretty church of Le Quiou and the village school form the other sides of the village square. Just a few minutes away is the Betineuc leisure base with its man made beach and offers swimming, yachts, canoes and pedalos.
